I will be listing several vintage travel brochures and booklets over the next few days . This auction is for a most interesting vintage brochure published by the Sherman County Development League Moro , Oregon . This booklet highlights Sherman County and was a way to try and entice more people to move there. It states on Forward page that they needed more people and wanted permanent residents . Sherman County ranked among the most productive sections for grain growing lands and the County was looking for men who wanted to pursue agricultural endeavors . There are 31 pages showing lots of photographs and touting the County . They even had a farming school. Condition is very good with light wear to covers and pages ( crease and bend ) - there are some center pages that are loose from staples . Please email any questions . I will combine shipping .
