    Description

Two-Piece Victorian & Edwardian Era Dress with Apron and Shoes
Handmade by a Very Gifted Etsy Seamstress named Becky; her identification tag is sewn in an inside seam.
Adult Collector Quality; Not for child's play
For American Girl & Other 18" Dolls (
but may be loose on slim body dolls like Magic Attic)
(Doll is NOT included in this sale).
This Victorian / Edwardian Era two-piece outfit is so sweet!
The dress fabric is basically a rich brown, with a pattern of darker tiny leaves on a vine.
It has a high collar with cotton lace that looks like tatting and frames the doll's face beautifully.
The lace is repeated on the hem of the long sleeves.
The pleating on this dress is amazing; what a gifted seamstress!
The front is professionally pleated to form a lovely delicate pattern.
Tiny pleats also surround the long sleeves and stop at the top with a blousy shoulder puff.
This beautiful dress comes with a smock apron, used by Victorian workers to protect their dresses underneath.
This one is a lovely green with tiny red berries and tiny darker green leaves.
It fastens in the back with a faux button on top of a single working snap.
The smock can be worn facing either direction; see pictures.
The front of the smock is pleated at the top.
    PLEASE NOTE:
Two of the stitches have come loose on the green apron.
I do not have the skills to repair them so I am leaving them for the next owner.\
I am including historically accurate brown boots. They are made by Sophia's Heritage Collection and are a quality product.
I am the original owner of this outfit and have displayed it only a few times on an American Girl doll in an enclosed cabinet.
    My home is pet/smoke/odor free.
