January 5, 1960 Hotel Multnomah Thurston-Dupar (Owners) Inspirational Lunch Menu

Description

This is the January 5, 1960 menu of the Inspirational Award Luncheon of Thurston-Dupar.  They went on to found the Westin Hotel conglomerate.  The menu included consomme bellevue, baked boneless breast of capon and more.  It is a stiff card that measures 6 & 3/4" by 4 & 7/8" and is in excellent condition with gold around the edges.
